I hunted down your chart and took a peek. I like the O day FF gave you, with the spotting and temp dip it looks like maybe AF is on her way, but 10-11 day LP is long enough to support pregnancy. Mine is only about 10-11 days on average.

I do think AF will be here tomorrow, but I am glad to hear that you are able to support a pregnancy with a shorter LP.

I think the 'cut-off' is 10 days, anything less than that is bad, but 10 is pretty good. If you had a 10 day LP and fairly low post O temps, then you might need progesterone.

Is progesterone RX or something i could get OTC?

I think you can get a cream OTC, usually in the supplement aisle.

I just looked it up and you can get it at GNC, I am sure you could get it at any place that sells vitamins.
