Hi, I'm new here! I'm just started temping recently and have a question for you all. I do notice a biphasic curve on my chart, but during my luteal phase, the temperatures are flat. At first, I thought something was wrong with my thermometer, but if I take my temp in the afternoon or night, it changes. But even then, I can predict what the thermometer will say based on the time of day...its always 98.6 in the morning, 98.8 in the afternoon, and 99.1 at night...it's only like this during my lp. Is something wrong with my hormones or is it my thermometer?

Thanks!

Hmm...

I'm inclined to think it's not your BBT if it's not showing the same temp no matter what time of day, ya know?

I see you've only got 1 posting, so you can't post a link to your chart until you've got 10 postings... But I'd love to take a look at it once you've got enough posts to show it to us.

I know I've had flat temps before where my BBT seemed to fall in love with a certain temp, and it all worked out fine... but then again, without seeing your chart, it's a bit tougher to say exactly what may be happening.

I just started using fertility friend so I don't have a full chart to show you just yet, but I plan on sticking around here, so I guess you can check it out in another 3-4 weeks, lol. I'm currently on CD4.

I'm not TTC right now, but I will be super exicted to see you girls get pregnant. I love analyzing POAS...

Welcome to the board!

I will occasionally have flat temps for a few days, but then it changes. I agree with Nikki...that if it moves sometimes, than it's probably not your bbt.

I can't wait to see your chart!
