I just had a quick question...how do you find a good time to temp if you work 3rd shift 3 days a week. I know you are supposed to temp at the same time every day, but how does that work for 3rd shift?
Thanks in advance..I'm hoping to get a job soon after graduation and it seems they are all 3rd..and I just wondered!
you must be going into nursing! I worked nights a little bit back but with me I am able to get a fairly accurate temp no matter the time as long as I get good sleep. I suggest try temping when you wake up when you get up for both days and nights and see how steady your temps stay. The first mo you might want to use opks or a saliva ferning scope to help determin O. Also pay especially close attenion CM to help determin O. Good luck!
I think the most important thing is to be as consistent as you can and that you've had the uninterrupted sleep beforehand. I would make note on your chart of the times you temp as well.
Are you graduating soon? Best of luck finding a job!!
