sorry if tmi but I've never had this happen so I'm just trying to find some answers....

I ovulated on sunday and yesterday when I checked my cm internally it has started to become creamy but there was still a little bit of ewcm that had brown blood in it. I've NEVER had that happen in the past.

Anyone know what it could be from?

Probably just a bit of ovulation spotting. =) It's common.

I had o pains on saturday, and mildly on sunday and then I got my temp spike on monday.

simple answer = I chart.


I've heard that can happen at ovulation it's just that in all my time of charting I've never seen that.

I never used to get it either, but I do now. WOrse if I am exercising. I have been charting for 9+ years too, and this is a pretty new occurrence for me, about a year ago it started.
