So I just started charting for the first time a few days ago when I started my period. My period is close to the end now so it's extremely light and when I go to change my tampon, there is hardly anything on it. Should I count this as light or spotting on my chart?

It doesn't really matter, but I personally would count it as spotting, I can see others counting it as light.

Ok I'll count it as spotting. I trust you...you seem to have a lot of posts and that is what I go by to trust someone on here. Lol. Thank you.

lol Thanks. But dont neessarily go by post count, go by experience. I've charted most of my adult life, so I've got experience and have learned a few things along the way. Plus I have tons more cycles charted that I've lost from my younger years.
