I have been charting for 3 days now, i read that you are meant to start on the first day of your period but since i haven't had one i thought i would just start from when ever. My temps have been around 97'20, not sure what that means yet but i should start to see a change ( up or down) soon.

I will update when i see a change and hopefully i will work out when I'm ovulating

Those are pre-O for me, but I've seen a few charts where those were post-O temps. Guess you'll see! =)

If you have Fertility Friend...

Look at the Menu on the left side of the page, click on Sharing, click on Home Page Setup, then you can copy/paste the link where it says Your Charting Home Page Web Address.

Don't worry, you don't have to start charting at the beginning of the cycle. Lost of people just start whenever. That's how breastfeeding or post partum women get NFP going after giving birth before their cycles are back, they just start.

My temps are on the low side before O, so that temp is my post O temp. You won't know until you get your period. Welcome to charting
