I've been trying to chart my cervix position and opening, but I can never tell if it feels closed or open. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to tell this or idk...any advice on checking your cervix? Thanks.

They say that an open cervix feels soft and there should be small hole there that you can feel. I find I can feel it better when I'm lying on my back. If I'm squatting I can't find it. If the cervix is closed then it's hard and it feels rubbery. I hope that helps some

I can't ever feel the hole, so I guess I'll just assume it's closed since it felt hard today. Thank you!
