Hope all goes well for you LIsa & you get some great answers....since you've already gone for it, I hope it wasnt too ouchy either ( cuz I've heard its not real pleasant!) Here's hoping that dye gives you nice clean tubes to catch that eggie this month !!!

Well...it went pretty well. It wouldn't have been so bad except that had to reinsert the cath twice and the speculum(sp?) 3 times. I guess they have to "pinch" the cervix to get the catheter in and the dr ended up making it bleed?? So yeah, I'm having a bit of cramping now and some bleeding. The nurse who assisted with the procedure was the mom of a student I had a few years ago...she's great...but it was a little weird to have her see "down there". LOL

The good news though is that my uterus looks good and my tubes appear to be clear! But now I'm not sure what our next step is. We were putting off an RE visit as long as possible since we'd have to pay most of it out of pocket. I think we'll see how this month goes before making an appointment.
