I've been lurking for a while but thought I should introduce myself. My name is Bethany and I'm married with two girls.

A couple of years ago I decided I wanted a third and started charting and realize right away that I wasn't Oing. Found out I have PCOS. We decided shortly after that not to TTC so I was lazy with doing what I supposed to to treat the PCOS.

I decided it's time for me to get my act together and start taking care of myself and so I'm back to charting. We're NTNP. Well, he is anyway. I told him that once you know all the signs of Oing, I'm not sure that being surprised is ever an option for the woman after that. LOL

Hi Bethany Welcome to our board! I'm glad you un-lurked. I have PCOS too and I know how frustrating it can be. I don't take anything for it right now, since I know I ovulate. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Do you have a FF chart we can stalk?

Welcome! We're glad you're here.

I'm Lisa and I've been charting for 13 cycles now. Let us know if you have any questions! Are you using a fertility charting site to keep track of temps and things?

Welcome! I don't have PCOS, but I am hypothyroid which causes similar fertility problems and also reacts well to lower carb diets the way PCOS does.

I agree that we need a chart to stalk or something

I use an app on my phone and then update everything to FF every couple of days. I added a link to my siggy. I usually take my temp after the same amount of sleep, but the time of day has been varying lately so I'm not sure how that's affected my chart yet.

Oh, and thanks for the warm welcome!

Welcome! I was diagnosed with PCOS and I'm trying currently to figure out if this was an accurate diagnosis.

When they diagnosed me they did blood work and then confirmed with an u/s. She said without both, it wasn't an accurate diagnosis. What have you had done so far?

On a side note, do you have to have a certain number of posts before you can see other people's signatures? I checked my settings but it's not showing any.
