looking good or just okay? lol the big jumps up are making me wonder what the heck its doing.. it may be slightly off because now that DH is gone I have been only putting the fan on medium instead of wildly high haha

I think your timing is great. Your post O temps seem to be about normal from your last chart.
Contrary to popular belief the room temperature has very little effect on your body temperature because of homeostasis, which is the bodies ability and inclination to maintain a specific body temerature. If you were in a room that was clse to freezing, yes that would make you cold. But, anything in the range of normal room temperature will not cause a significant change in your body temp. My DH keeps the house cold, and when he sleeps somewhere else I will make it warmer, it make sno difference in my overall pattern of BBT. Now, if you are a mouth breather and are getting more air in your mouth from a fan on higher, that might make a difference.

Heck, we've had the central air on for the past two nights and my temps keep on goin' up!
