I've had them from about 5DPO. I haven't payed close attention to anything in the LP until this cycle so I don't know if cramping between O and AF is normal for non-pg mamas. Do any of you ladies have it during your non-pg cycles??? I remember having cramping with Oliver from 5DPO to about 8w but now I don't know if this is something I experience every cycle. I just don't want to read too much into it if I'm not pg this cycle, YK?

I'm not sure - I don't get cramps really except for the first day or two of AF. Good luck!

I get cramps in the first few days after O every cycle. These are not ovulation pains I'm talking about, but actual light cramps (actually more like twinges). On my pg cycle the light cramps continued past the first few days and all the way through the end (ended in m/c at 6 weeks).

Yes, they aren't O pains... they're central. I haven't really had any today yet.

I think I get them sometimes between O and AF, and then sometimes I don't. Are they bad?

I just got a weird cramp more on the right side that felt almost like O pain.
