The past week and a half or so my waking times have been really random. Always after at least 3-4 hours of sleep, except maybe one time. Sometimes it would be 6 AM, sometime 9 AM... Does it really severely mess up a chart?

Wondering because I had fertile signs on CD 15-20, they clearly stopped and changed to post-O, but my temps aren't doing their usual rise. Just a little rise. Would different waking times cause this?

FF has me at CD 19 or 20 for O. Ignore the temp on CD 22. I had insomnia that night. Fell asleep around 5 AM, woke up 2 hours later, tossed and turned for an hour, and got that temp. Don't think that one is too accurate.

It really depends on the person. I have no problem with waking early or late, as long as i have 3 hours of sleep before I temp. But, for other women it makes a HUGE difference.

Curious about this too, I'm usually within an hour of temping?

I myself don't worry about my wake time if it's within an hour of when I usually temp. Sometimes I feel like I'm tossing and turning before I wake up fully for my temp and most of the time the temps are fine, so I don't worry too much about it. I would worry if I was taking the temp 3 hours later or earlier. Our temp should rise by .2 degrees every hour, theoretically. So maybe that's why your chart has that steady temp rise, instead of a sharp rise.

it does't matter for me either but I don't like to kep temps taken after the sun is up (past 6 or 7) but with that said when I switch back and forth from night shift and days it doesn't matter much either. I just need three hours sleep. :/
