In nice weather I take my son on a long stroller ride around town every day, and sometimes we go on another walk in the evening when DH gets home. Other than that, I'm not very good at excercising. It does make me feel alot better,though.
I make time for exercise, since fitness is a part of my job security. I always dread doing it, but when I am finished I feel so good!
I exercise about 3-5 times a week depending on my motivation level.

It really depends. DH and I always walk at least 3 times a week. We usually go every day from about September - April. From May-August, it's just way too hot. We're going to set up a home gym in our new house though - hopefully that'll be some motivation to do some more walking, etc. I'm always better when I can read or watch TV on the treadmill.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I walk a track at a local park. It has workout stations along it for pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, stair steps, etc. It's pretty nice.
I always feel tired when I'm done. lol It usually gets done right before lunch (10 AM)so that combined with all my blood rushing to my stomach makes me pretty sleepy.
Yes, at least 3 times a week I try to do a pretty intense cardio/strength training combo. I feel like I'm going to DIE during, but afterwards I feel awesome!

TTC on our own for over 2 years
Dx with Severe MFI- Blood work shows no Microdeletion and no CF mutations
Ultrasound scheduled 3/22- DONE! Everything looks normal, other than some cysts on my right ovary.
HSG scheduled 4/14- DONE! Tubes are clear!!
On BCP until our IVF w/ICSI scheduled for August!!!
Yeah, I'm a member of a gym and I try to go 3 - 5 times a week. Lately though I've been riding my bike a lot in the nice weather (and pulling my DS in a bike trailer behind me). That's a workout for sure!
