Hello all. My name is Shelley, I am married to Tavo and we have 1 DD, Lorena who is 1 year old. I have not yet had a PPAF, but after almost 3 months of taking OPK's every day, I finally got a + on June 11th and 12th. At that time, my cervix was SHOW, and by Sunday the 13th, it has been HFC, and CM has been dry/creamy. For the past 2 days, my cervix has been more MMC, with a little bit of sticky/creamy CM. I didn't temp prior to the + OPK's, so I don't even know for sure if I ovulated or if my body is just messing with me.

My question is, if you take a look at my chart, do my temps look like pre-o or post O temps? Or is it impossible to know without having temped before O? I can't stand this wait and I just want an answer now, KWIM? Thanks for your help!

Here is my chart:

2f6b1e Ovulation Charts

ETA: I marked my cycle as starting the day of my first OPK because the true start of my cycle would be July 2009, and that would be a big empty chart.

Above 98 is normally post-O for me, but high 97's could be post-O for some women. Hard to tell without the earlier temperatures.

My post O temps are usually above 98 degrees as well...so if it were my chart I would think I had O'd. It's hard to say though without the other other temps.

Welcome to the board!

Hi there and welcome! My post O temps are in the high 97s, with maybe one of two of very low 98s. Like the girls before me said, not sure about your temps since there are no pre o temps.

Everyone is different and you can't base your post-O temps on what others are! I never go over 97.7/8 ever..

I say keep temping, and charting your CM! Make sure you temp at or around the same time everyday and after 3 or 4 hours of sleep and to temp before you get out of bed in the morning! GL

I'd have to agree with all the other ladies...

Temps in the high 97's and 98's are generally Post-O temps. It is true that every woman is different and things would be much clearer if you had earlier temps in there.

But looking at the changes in CM & CP that you've documented... there seems to be some evidence that suggests you may have indeed O'd.

Best of Luck to you!!

Thanks for the responses, ladies! I just hate the wait!

I would be 9 DPO today if I did indeed O, so hopefully by Friday I'll have a pretty definitive answer.

And Coley, the cervical changes definitely make me think SOMETHING happened, because my CP since Feb. has been MMM all around, but now it is back to MMM so I hope that my body isn't tricking me!
