This morning I had to get up and pee really bad, i'd say about an hour and a half before I usually temp, maybe it was 2 hours...I took my temp and it was low 97.52...It also seemed like the bbt didn't take long before it beeped...So I went right back to sleep after i used the bathroom...Then I woke up at normal time and took my temp and it was higher...Which temp should I use? The first on was 97.52 and the 2nd one was 97.90...I also fell right back asleep and was in a normal deep sleep before I woke up...I keep changing the temps on my chart, but I don't know which one to use.

I'd use the first temp. Even though it's lower than you'd prefer... the fact that you got up to use the bathroom and then had less than 4 hours of sleep before temping a second time makes the second temp unreliable.

You've already got an open circle for the temp today, so at least you'll know why it's lower than it would normally be.

I know it's a drag when things happen that interfere with temping... happens to me sometimes too, but one temp won't tip the whole apple cart, if you know what I mean.
