I normally have a regular period, 28-30 day cycle. I was supposed to start my period on the 21st and today is the 26th. Could this be the start of a problem or just an irregular cycle?

I've been taking my temp anyways,
5/24: 97.79
5/25: 97.78
5/26: 98.08

Have you tested to see if you're pregnant? Do you have a link to your chart? I'm not sure what to say without seeing the chart. It could mean so many things.

I am new to charting. I was going to start charting when I got my period which should be anytime now. I just started charting 3 days ago, just bored and waiting for AF. I'm on CD 34 which is very unusual for me. I do keep track of my periods and most cycles are 28-30 days so I wonder if it's stress?

Do you have a link to your chart? That would be helpful to see...even if it's just a few days worth of temps. Have you tested at all?

I've started drinking water (with flavor packets) instead of coffee and coke.
I have an insulated cup that holds 24 ounces and I'm on my 3rd cup right now. Proud of myself but I feel like I'm cheating using the flavor packets!

Started CD 1 this afternoon....which means my last cycle was 36 days. That's my longest cycle yet
