I have never charted my temps before so this is new to me.

But I have two toddlers...my son is 24 months and my DD is 11 months both co-sleep with us. Some nights both are up for a little bit...my son mostly just needs a few minutes or seconds of comfort and then he is back down. JoJo still nurses 1 to 2 times a night....but does go somenight with out nursing. There are some nights that I have to get up with her when she is fussy because I don't want to wake up DS or DH.

So how should I handle this? I have always just used CM in order to get preggo with my other 2 kiddos...plus OPKs. Should I just stick with that??

I would. I BF but Oliver STTN. We co-sleep as well. Regardless of how much I've slept or haven't slept, I record the temp at the same time each day and it seems to be accurate. There are fluctuations, but it shows the pattern. This cycle we're not exactly TTC.... more like... hey if it happens fine. I'm just recording CM. It keeps me from obsessing about every rise or drop in my temps. HTH!

I wouldn't worry too much about temps in your situation. I'd stick with just charting CM, since that will tell you when you're close to ovulating. Temps are only there to confirm ovulation.
