I'm only on CD 4 but my temps have severely risen and severely dropped, any ideas?

I don't think it's anything to worry about. During AF the temp can be very unpredictable. I think it's quite normal. Once you're done with AF they should even out, crossing fingers

Temperature fluctuations during AF are extremely common and nothing to be concerned about.

Often highs will be seen at the beginning of your cycle due to residual progesterone (heat inducing hormone) then lows can be seen to follow as estrogen takes over and becomes the dominant hormone.

Sorry for the late response... weekends, especially holiday weekends, tend to be a bit on the quiet side around here.
