If you do, do you trust your temps in the morning?

I have one every night. I guess if its the same every night, I don't see how that would effect my temps every morning.

I have both going now since it has been so hot, and keep a fan going in the winter. It doesn't seem to effect anything for me.

Yes both. I trust them because I temp vaginally and since the room temp is the same every night, though room temps, unless extreme, don't effect your body temp a whole lot.

We have both, my husband likes to be cold and curretn;y we don't pay for our electricity.

I don't worry about my temps because of homestasis. Unless you are sick, or have some type of strange disorder, the temperature of you bedroom at night will not change your BBT in the morning. Our bodies are designed to maintain a certain temperature, and do a very good job of it. So, if it isn't below say 50 degrees and you are sleeping naked with no blanket then the room temperature will not change your waking body temperature. You have to actually be starting to get hypothermia for it to matter.

Hey the Homeostasis makes a lot of sense. I never thought about it that way

We use both but we have a fan going year round for the noise. I trust my temps because we don't keep it at a ridiculous temp and the fan doesn't blow on me. Plus, the homeostasis makes a lot of sense!

We have two fans going on in the bedroom since it's been so hot, and since we started that my temps have been going up and down like crazy. THat's why I was asking, not sure what to think of it
