Woke up at 6 this morning, showered & did my Ovulation Microscope. Unfortunately, it wasn't dry before we had to leave, so I couldn't read the results yet. We were on the road by 6:45 to be there by 7:15.
They took blood first and then called me back a few minutes later for my u/s. My dominant follie is now 18mm. I said "Hmm.. it's a slow grower...?" because everything I've read says follies should grow 1-2mm per day and it's been 3 days since my last u/s when it was measuring 17mm. Toni said it might be maxed out and that often in a natural cycle they'll only get to the high teens. My endo lining is now 12mm which she said is perfect.
So she said to plan on coming back at 9 unless my labs show that I needed an HCG shot. I told her to call my cell as we'd be going for some breakfast rather than driving all the way back home. While DH was updating the software on my cell phone she left a message.
She said my labs showed my LH surge is JUST beginning and that timing for the IUI would be best for tomorrow morning instead of today. So I called the office and we're to go in tomorrow morning at 7:30 for DH's collection and then my IUI will be between 8:30 & 9:00.
We got home and I was just about to log on when I remembered my microscope. I went into the bathroom to check and... FULL FERNS! I then checked my CM, and it's A LOT, it's not crystal clear but it's very stretchy! I haven't gone pee since 6 this morning, so I'm holding it for an OPK. Haven't decided what time to do it yet...
