Well I switched some time ago ,probable 1 1/2 yrs ago but I saw a big difference in my temps orally and vaginally .

I recommend vaginal temping to everyone ! lol

I temp orally, but it seems like vaginal temping gives you more accurate results. I can totally see how your temps would stay more consistent.
