Yesterday, exactly three months after I had my last withdrawal bleed on April 28th, my first visit from AF finally happened. I guess they are not kidding that "it could take up to three months for your cycles to return after birth control", blah, blah, blah... I am so glad I am normal again! Stupid, stupid, clueless post-BCP body confusion... Now for real charting to begin with real ovulation and real period (and real zits!!). I have never been this excited for a period to come before, lol

Question: when AF arrives, if she arrives mid-day with spotting, then light flow by the evening, do you count it as CD1 (yesterday) or do you count the first full day of flow as CD1 (today)?

I am soooo excited! In two weeks-ish, SO, here I come!
