How does my chart look to yall? With PCOS I have no idea of my cycle other than they either occur at the end of the month or the beginning. the shortest I had was about 23 days and the longest was about 35 I think. I'm just kinda scared I won't O because I had some spotting yesterday and some today with some very mild cramps plus all my OPKs are saying negative. What do you think it is? My last period was July 19-23. I have lower back pain and my left hip or side keeps hurting. Is that O pain or just soreness?

Looks great!! The spotting and wet CM are EXCELLENT indicators of high fertility and ovulation, then with that nice temp dip, looks like a possible estrogen surge. Today could be the day for you! GL!! Maybe a digi opk could help clear things up for you.

Thank you so much! I really hope I will OI just got diagnosed yesterday with PCOS bummed me out but you have made me feel so much better! I believe everyone here is absolutely great and so supportive. Thanks again and keep em coming!

I wouldn't be surprised to see a pos OPK or a temp rise soon I would definitely BD tonight!

here is todays temps and other info. is it lookin any better? i still haven't gotten a positive opk
