I've had EW (ALSO TRIED TAKING AN EXPECTORANT) cm for 2 days now...some mild , dull cramping and am on day 10 of my cycle. Last cycle I surged on day 12. (of a 28 day cycle) The cycle before that was my first one off BCP...and I started surging around the 18th ...which was the
19th day of my cycle (I surged for 5 days...each day getting darker) My cycle was 32 days....long for me....but maybe bc it was first month off pill) ya think? That would have left me a short LP. Do you guys think I should discard the first one? Normally my cycles are 28-30 days but I have never really known when I O'd because I never O'd before.

Also...as you can see in my chart, the past two days I have also had asignificant drop in temp. What do you think about this? I've had neg opks but have been using FMU ...then having a cup of coffe and always staying hydrated.....while only being able to hold my urine AT THE MOST for 2 hours.

This is your first month temping so you really don't have anything to compare it to. The dropping temps could be a pre-o dip but we'll have to see what happens tomorrow. If you have problems with your temps jumping all over the place, next cycle you might try temping vaginally as some of the girls on here have found that their temps stop jumping and are more accurate when temping vaginally as opposed to orally.

I just see an overlay, no actual chart showing cm/menses... I don't think your temps look irratic. Your tems were probably still high from left over progesterone while you were on AF. While on AF though temps can fluctuate. The lower temps could be impending O or it could be your hormones starting to stabilize from coming off AF. I wouldn't discard your first cycle, never know if you will need it or want to reference it.
