For those of you taking B6 to lengthen your LP, how long did it take to lengthen it?
I got the B-50 Complex Vitamin to take so it's 50mg of each of the B vitamins. My LP last cycle was exactly 10 days but my temp went down on day 8 (is that bad??).
If my LP isn't longer this cycle I'm thinking about upping the dose to 100mg/day.

I wish I had an answer for you, but I'm actually curious myself. I recently started B6 100mg, so we'll see. Hopefully some of the other ladies have more experience with B6.
