I was thoroughly inspired by the ferning pics, so I decided that I'd try to get pics of mine if they were full today. It took a fair bit of creativity, but I got 'em!!

Had my b/w & u/s this morning at 9:30.
They called me back for my b/w & then for my u/s. Katie (IVF Coordinator) & Diane (nurse) came in to do my u/s. Katie asked how I was feeling and I told her that I felt a bit of discomfort on my left side this morning. I also told her about my OPKs. I explained that every time I go on Clomid I get to about CD 10 or CD 11, it starts to get dark, then it fades away. Something about Clomid & pee sticks doesn't work well for me. I did tell her that I use my Ov. Microscope and that always gives me good results. So she said we'd see what was going on.
Started the u/s looking at my left side and Diane said "Whoa!" I said "What?" and Katie said "It's good when Diane says Whoa like that!" On the left side I have a 19mm, a 13mm, a 12mm and some other smaller ones that she didn't measure. She switched to the right side and said "You're a follicle making machine!!" The right side has another 19mm, a 15mm, a 13mm and a 12mm.
She said I'm responding really well to the Clomid and it looks like it's soon gonna be time and that my IUI may be tomorrow afternoon. They said they'd call with my b/w results and that we're to abstain unless she tells me otherwise after seeing my b/w.
They've since called and I now have to go back tomorrow for another u/s & b/w and possible IUI in the afternoon!
I'm really hoping my eggs stay put and that Friday the 13th continues to be lucky for me!!

Today they tested Estradiol, LH, Progesterone and possibly FSH, and they'll do the same tomorrow.
I was born on Fri the 13th and they've always been good days for me, so I'm hoping it keeps going and lets me catch a couple of our eggs! I'd take twins!!

UPDATE!!!
Just got back. Let the vampires take more blood and then went in for my u/s. She didn't count each and every single one, but the ones she did count... WOO HOO!
Left side has a 23mm & the right side has a 23mm & a 21mm! Endo lining was 8.2. She said everything looks beautiful.
I told her that the soonest DH could leave work was 2:00 and the earliest the train could get him home was 3:00 and it takes about 20-30 minutes to drive from home to the RE's.
That being the case, she said we'll probably do the IUI tomorrow morning because the lab isn't there that late to do the washing and whatnot. Not to mention if I'm surging now, then I won't O today anyway. After seeing my b/w she'll let me know if they wanna do an HCG trigger shot to make me O.
Still having pretty bad O pains. The ones on the left got worse as she was measuring the follies on that side... actually made me feel a touch nauseous. So now I wait for them to call with my results and to see if I get my very first ever trigger shot!!
Very

Yeah, today's temp is all kinds of crazy!
I got my hCG shot yesterday around 2pm... by 7:30 I was in the bathroom of the restaurant we were having dinner at, puking. I had a pounding headache and the worst nausea known to man. I felt okay this morning when I woke up, and I haven't had anymore puking or anything... I wonder if my temp was so high because the shot made me release all 3 of those huge eggs.
I've since done some researching, and that's happened to other women after the shot too. It's fairly rare to have a reaction that strong, according to my RE's office, but it's not uncommon to have morning sickness-like symptoms.
We had our IUI at 9:30 this morning... DH's post wash count was 14.5 million! Our highest for IUI so far!! So we're really hoping with DH's great sample & those 3 massive eggs that this will be our month!
