why are people getting blessed when they are planning to name those miracles "Duke Nukem"? Why, oh, why? I seriously missed out on my Vincent this cycle, and I know someone naming their unborn child Duke Nukem.

I told my husband about it, he's now going to start taking extra vitamins to help. It's the principle of it.

Baby dust to you all! I wish you lots of not Duke Nukems. Then again, maybe that's the secret. Think of something to scar your child with. Might be the best baby dust of all.

I'm normally against butting in and saying something to the parents about a name (although snarking in private is all good) but that's bad enough - did you say anything ?

I know a bunch of people who named their kids crazy stuff too and it was so hard to hear that after losing 2 pregnancies.

Oh my. That's really weird! If I get pregnant this cycle, I'll name my kid Batman. That has to get me a lot of baby dust!! LOL

LOL Batman... I think I'll choose the names "Betty Paige" and "Everest Kain."

I haven't talked to him yet. His late grandfather's name was Duke. I can understand Duke. Nukem, though? If he was having a girl, I wonder if it would be Daisey Duke.
