I took a test this morning (BFN) because my temp went up instead of down like I was expecting it to at this stage. I feel like this chart is all over the place and not very accurate. I excluded the temp on CD22 because an hour after I registered that low temp and slept some more, I measured again and registered almost 1 degree higher so I figured that warranted a "rule of thumb" exclusion... When I include that temp, it gives me tentative crosshairs on CD22 and puts me at 12 DPO today. If I exclude it, my chart looks how it does now, in the link. I also had so many weekend events this month that my waking times (and temps) on the weekends have been awfully inconsistent
I am switching to vaginal temping next cycle to, hopefully, normalize my temps a bit more (the first half of my cycle, my first real cycle since coming off BCP in April, was all over the place, as you can see!). Anyone have any clues as to where I actually am in my cycle? Why did my temp have to go up today, giving me false hope and prompting me to test

?!?!
