So its been about 2 yrs since I have used an OPK so if yall could brush me up on what time is best and what not .

I tested this am with 2MU . I hadnt had anything to drink and I got a BFN. Just not sure if I should be testing later in the day or if thats ok ?

Most people say it is best to test between 2-4 PM. I always use FMU and that has been accurate for me, but if I see a + in the AM I always follow it up in the PM.
