ok ladies. Ive been lurking but i decided to join. Ok ive been charting for three months now. Well i just got af but my temp didnt drop it went up some. Why would this happen?? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It is not unusual to have high temperatures during your period due to residual progesterone from your previous cycle. They usually go back to pre-o temps. My temps always rise during the first few days of AF I've never had a sudden drop like I've seen many others have.

It's happened to me before too...where I'm really surprised that AF shows up b/c my temp is so high. It's weird, but it happens!
