If you take prenatals, what kind do you take? Do you remember to take them everyday?

No prenatals for me, but I do take a B Complex vitamin with folic acid, Omega 3, a children's multi-vitamin(because DD won't eat them and I didn't want them to waste), and Vitex. I do remember to take them every morning. I'm mildly anemic at best, and when I wake up half dead in the morning, B Vitamins are better than a double espresso.

I don't take prenatals. I only take a Folic Acid supplement and Vitamin D. I don't remember to take it every day, that's a bit frustrating

I take Twinlab Prenatal Care.

Lately I don't always remember to take them. I really need to get better about that.

I take the Rite-Aid brand prenatals but am thinking of switching back to One-A-Day prenatals. For the most part, I remember to take them every day.

I take Geritol plus additional folic acid and a B-complex. And fish oil and L-arginine (which makes for awesome EWCM, by the way).

Really?!?!? How much do you take?

If this cycle is another bust, I'd like to give it a try!

I take Citra Natal Harmony rx prenatal. I don't always remember. I think because they're kind of pricey $40 for a 30 day supply (the pharmacist said they would be $80 if i didn't have insurance). I was thinking about switching to an OTC prenatal until I get pregnant.
I also take b6 supplement. I might have to try wishfulgal's vitamin cocktail.

I got a prescription prenatal vitamin with DHA from my OB. I'm still taking it.

I take Prenate DHA - it's only $5 after my insurance pays so it's cheaper than OTC vitamins probably! lol. Surprisingly, I remember to take it every single day...and I'm shocked because I always forgot to take my birth control pills!

Sorry, I didn't see your question until now.
I take 1000 mg 3 times a day (so a total of 3000mg a day). You can buy it at Walmart, online, anywhere pretty much. It's kind of a pain to take 3 times a day, but hey, it works! I just take it from AF until O, but you can take it the entire cycle (it's one of the main ingredients in FertilCM and that says to take all cycle long, I just don't want to spend the money to take it all cycle). I've never had very awesome EWCM naturally, but since I've been taking the L-arginine I've had 4-5 days of it.

While TTC I took a bunch of different vitamins, but for the main portion i just used childrens vitamins. One pregnant i switched over to women's one a day with DHA.

Other helpful TTC vites, are C, E, B6 along with a B complex vitamin.
