I'm looking at my chart and I'm thinking it's too late to O now... I must be having another anovulatory cycle Besides, if I O'd now, wouldn't it be an old egg?

No, it's not too late and it won't be an old egg if you do. When your body tries to ovulate, several follicles begin the process of becoming mature enough to be released. If ovulation doesn't occur, those follicles disintegrate or die off. Next time your body tries, a new set of follicles starts maturing and hopefully one makes it to ovulation! It doesn't matter how many times your body tries to ovulate, a new set of follicles is involved each time.

We've conceived as a result of ovulation as late as CD23, CD 38, CD50, and CD58 - thanks to PCOS.
