Where does it hurt? Is it in the side or closer to the center of tummy. And is it higher or lower in the abdomen? I was cramping earlier tonight, and I'm not sure if it was O pain or not! I hope it was!

I always get O pain more to the side, where my ovary would be, and lower down.

My O pain is always on one side, very low, where the ovary would be. It's kind of a dull aching pain for me.

Thanks girls! My pain was quite sharp and it was in the side and lower down. It only lasted for about 5 minutes. Not sure what to think about it.

Mine is right near my ovary area. Sometimes it's a dull ache, other times it can be a really sharp pain. I hope it is it for you!

I think it was because my temp was high-er today. We'll see what it is tomorrow. I've never had O pains that sharp!

I get horrible O pains for atleast 10 days before O. It is sometimes an aching pain, sometimes pinching, and occurs on either the left, the right, or both sides. It will occur towards the lower part of your hip bone. If your not sure of the area look up an imagine of the female reproductive system and find an image with a front view and showing the system in a body. Where the ovary is in the photo is about were you should be feeling the pains.

Well I had some Sunday and it felt like the same pain I had when I ovulated when Lennox was conceived. It was a slight pain, but lasted for a couple of hours.

I thought my pain was O pain, and it could have been. My temp went up for 2 days but then it came down. So CD 52 and no O yet. Blah!

I get it low in my abdomen to the side. It doesn't hurt every month, but when it does... I can barely sit down!

I HATE when I O during the day. It is pretty painful to me also and I get AF like cramping along with it. I usually need to sit or lay down for atleast 30 mins during this time. The follicle swelling pains I get for about a week before O are only mild compared to feeling the actual O. Thank god ovulation usually occurs in the night.
