I just found out my Thyroid Peroxidase is in the 400s!! I think the highest it can be is 34. But I found out that the risk of miscarriage for those with a high thyroid peroxidase is 30%.
If you have had your thyroid tested and its normal and you are still having fertility issues, it wouldnt hurt to have this test done if you haven't done so.
I am waiting to get my levels down before I try to become pregnant. I feel doomed if I did become pregnant and I couldn't live with myself knowing I am at a higher risk but become pregnant anyways. Especially I got further along and miscarried.
