I used to love it and I do love knowing what is going on with my body. But I'm taking a break from temping for a few cycles. I was having a hard time sleeping when I knew it was an "important" day to take my temp. I've just been charting my CM. It's been very relaxing

To me it was just a way of life. I didn't even notice i was doing it half the time. And i loved knowing what my body was doing at any given point. I had a hard time laying off once i was pregnant.

I like it for the most part, but hate that ff has given me ch's for the 4th time since charting this time since July 30th. I'm hoping that ff is right this time and I see a bfp later next week. I charted most of 2008, except March and April.

I like knowing what's going on and I get excited to see the thermal shift. I'm also trying to increase my LP with B vitamins so I'm hoping to see some results from that soon !

I don't really mind doing it. I am taking a "temping break" this cycle and just keeping track of other things. I've got a ton going on so my sleeping has been sporadic at best and I've got a nasty cold so I'm sure my temps would be off anyway.

For me its easy. The temp taking is just automatic to me every morning now. I never have confusing charts so I dont have fustrations there. Sometimes I get tired of it though and take breaks.

To me it doesn't feel as natural anymore because I keep forgetting to take the temp in the morning for some reason!
