Okay so it seems I can't sleep in until my alarm goes off. Daily I am waking up 30 minutes to an hour early.

Today I had inventory at work and had to wake up at 1 am. Instead of 5 am. Yesterday's temp was 97.47 at 4:30 am. This morning it was 97.07 at 1 am. Am I wrong in understanding you have to decrease .2 from your temp for each hour you woke up early.... REALLY??? Does that mean I should put 96.2 or something on my chart??? That would be weird. I guess we'll see tomorrow's temp.

You can add or subtract from the temp if you sleep longer or less but I dont even bother. If my temp is way off than the range I know it should be I just dont add it to my chart. This happens about 2-3 times a cycle usually due to overheating my room or leaving the window open and freezing overnight or not getting enough sleep that night. I just dont put them on the chart because it messes up the whole pattern. Just make sure you are very careful about your room temp and sleep schedule around your fertile time. Its the time of the temp rise wich is what the whole charting is about.

True true. Temps have been sort of wacky here and there. So on some of the days I didn't even put my temp in. My monitor is still giving me low readings so I know the LH surge hasn't been detected yet. Waiting patiently......
