My cm today has increasing amounts of cloudy mucus and it is slightly stretchy on fingers and producing a wetter sensation at the vulva.

I know this is consider transitional phase right before EWCM right before O but do I mark is as creamy or wet?

I would say creamy, though it's probably transitioning to EWCM.

I'd mark it as "watery" if you have a wet sensation at the vulva - even if it doesn't look watery. Unfortunately, FF has a pretty limited list of options for recording CM.
