Hi ladies! This is my first month temping. To me it seems like my temps are very rocky but being new I could be reading more into what it really is. Could you please take a look and tell me if my temps look all over the place. I also use a CBEFM and it has yet to give me a peak, only several days of high and no + OPK.

Its hard to tell until you have actually O'ed. Once your fertility monitor detect your LH surge than about 2 days later you should get a temp shift. And as long as the temp shift and all temps after that are higher than the temps before your O than everything should be fine. You can look at my charts to see what I mean. I do see a lot of women though with temps all over and they do get pregnant so I wouldnt freak out that something is wrong if you dont see a super clear pattern. The main thing is that the pre-o temps are in a lower rang than the post-O temps even if you have a few that are higher or lower than expected.

Welcome to the board! Did you end up getting a + opk? I know your chart says you O'd, but I'm wondering if it will eventually get moved based on your temps.
