I havent been over here in awhile ... but I am SO DARN CONFUSED looking at my chart today. I've been on Femara now for 6 cycles. I've gotton use to knowing about when to expect my +opks. I got the + this morning but on top of that.............a HUGE TEMP SPIKE. This is normally a post O temp, not a pre O temp for me. I am so darn confused....I was planning on throwing in the towel for Nov/Dec b/c we are doing our 1st IUI in January. We'll see if the therm & opk sticks get the best of me though
