My dog....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... woke me up at 2:00 am barking today. I was awake until 3:00 am. I took my temp at 6:00. Does it count. I mean I know it says to get three hours of sleep, but would y'all still count it? The reason I ask, is because it's a post-O temp and I don't really have any symptoms... Slight nipple pain, but nothing like it usually is. I mean I suppose my O symptoms could change too. I mean, I never noticed them before, so who's to say that I didn't have any before, kwim? What do you think?

Did you get up out of bed? If so, I would definitely say it affected your temp. If you just woke up and didnt get up and went back to sleep I would say no that wouldnt affect your temp.

I did get up. Two or three times, the third time, I even had to lift my dog, in his cage and move him to a different room. I read that as long as you got 3 hours you were good, so even when I didn't get into bed till 3 I'd still count it. Makes sense though. Thanks!
