Ok so today was my first day taking a temp even though I'm on CD 5. But I took it at 7:30 after moving around and putting my DD back to bed. I took it again at 10:30 when I got up and it was much higher. Which one do I use? I plan on temping at 9:30 everyday.

Did you sleep without interruption from 7:30 until 10:30? If so I would go with that one. Normally I would say the other way around, but since you plan on temping at 9:30, the 10:30 time is closer to your regular time. Plus, it is early enough in you cycle that one screwed up temp shouldn't have an impact on your chart.

I figured it was the later one. This is my first time charting ever so my hope is once we get back to TTC in April I will have an idea of my cycles.
