TCOYF says I O'd on cd 18 based on my positive OPK, and FF is say cd 21 based on my temp spike on Saturday.

Which program do you usually follow?

i only use FF, and I believe based on temps that its the CD21

Ok, well I'm changing my TCOYF settings to only consider temps and not temp+cm.
