Wow, you have SUPER low temps. That is not normal to have such low BBT. Do you have hypothyroidism?

I can not see your chart, but I had very low temperatures also, and this can defiantly prevent you from falling pregnant. I have had acupuncture and it has bought my temperature right up and I have now had a positive pregnancy test. Acupuncture is not cheap but it is very effective.
I have seen temps like that for women with PCOS. I have hypothyroidism but my temps are consistently on the lower end, not up and down like that except they do get higher after I ovulate).. are your cycles pretty consistent? And yes hypothyroidism can make it difficult to get and (in my case) stay pregnant.
I hope your temps get more stable. I noticed that in past cycles you stopped temping pretty early on. This cycle it might be a good to keep temping to see what your temps do later on. Good luck!

I stopped charting because it scared me. My cycles are very consistent. I have my period every 28-30 days....lasting abour 3-4 days. Light cramping on the 1st day but that's it. I'm 21 and have never had a pap smear or anything....not sexually active. Just trying to learn more about my body.
Hmm I am not really sure. Maybe you should go in for a full physical and get a pap and talk to your doctor. I wouldnt be too worried but better to ask now I think
Yes, it's very necessary. To identify this peak you need a fertility chart, a thermometer, and a keen knowledge of your own natural fertility indicators.
