from what I know of OPKs the line has to be as dark or darker than the control line. With any line there I would start DTD at least every other day. How often are you taking the OPKs some people have to take them twice a day to try to catch their LH surge.
Are you going to start temping with your next cycle? It helps to confirm O and some people have a temp drop the day of ovualtion too so that sometimes helps.
Also do you watch your CM, I see a C indicated. Are you getting any EWCM?
I have PCOS too. There are lots of ways to chart. You can chart temperatures, you can chart CM - thought it's usually better to use a mucus only chart for that because they get into much more detail. Temperatures won't tell you when your body is trying to ovulate, they'll only tell you after it finally happens. Mucus can tell you each time your body tries to ovulate, and can also tell you if the attempt was successful or not. The fun part with PCOS is that usually our bodies have to try a few times before we finally ovulate! LOL
