So yesterday I was above my cover but when i entered a temp for today my cover changed? i don't get it

I am not too sure. Have you ever had a fallback rise before?

Its 1 high temp then a drop below the CL again before going up, it takes an extra day or 2 to confirm O if that is the case

I had the same thing myself and this is my first cycle charting my BBT... I had a spike, drop, spike and higher spike in the last 4 days... I'll be honest it's a little confusing lol... I am still trying to figure it all out myself!

you are missing a temp for yesterday? do you have it? fallback rises are normal they just take an extra day or two to assign crosshairs. Good luck
