I started doing my temps last week... and I started charting my CF the other day... Would really appreciate any thoughts on my chart...

I think you might have O;d on cycle day 16 but its hard to say for sure without a few more high temps

I am VERY overheated today and I just started having the pain that I sometimes get when I OV because sometimes I have a cyst that will burst... I am in so much pain atm I think I am gonna go lay down and get some rest to handle it...

sorry you are in pain. hard to say with a few temps but I agree with Bree it could be CD16

Ok after reading a bit more on BBT I see where your saying it was probably CD16 but if it was why the pain on CD17... idk this charting thing is a little confusing lol

i dont know why you had pain after you might have Od. but if your temp stays up you will get crosshairs for CD16 tomorrow
