I don't know what to say, sorry. The only thing we can do is wait for the next few days temps to see what they do, kwim? I see a lot of open circles on your chart, do you get the min 3 hours sleep; do you temp at the same time everyday?

I have been sleeping from 4-12 hours a day (10-12 for the last 3 days) and since I don't have a "normal" sleep cycle (cause I have insomnia) I take my temp at about 3 hours from waking up every day (I usually lay in bed for 2 hours after waking)...

its harder to day because there werent a lot of temps before Oing. I really dont know why there is so much difference. I didnt really understand what you said about your sleeping? You dont take it at the same time every day?

ok basically... some days I don't go to sleep until 5am others I am asleep by 5pm... because of this big range I can wake up anywhere from 2am to 2pm... I usually stay laying down for about 2 hours after waking up... then I take my temp an hour after leaving my bed...

So while it's not exactly the same time it is the same time frame from when I wake up each day...

Ok this could be why your temps are all over the place.
#1. Make sure you temp BEFORE you start moving around and get out of bed!
#2. Try to temp after you've had at least 4 hours of straight sleep no matter what time it is.

I'm no pro, but this would be the most advice I could offer with your special situation.

So sorry you have to deal with insomnia.

YW!

Did you take your temp before you started moving around this morning? How many hours of sleep did you get before you took it?
