I know that your temp drops before af shows up. How much does it normall drop and how long before af comes does it usually happen? I feel like all I do is ask questions, but I am new to this and this month is the first month that I have had a "normal" chart.

Hey you ladies are keeping me on my toes which is great!

With me personally my temp would be below my coverline in the morning then that day or over the next night my AF would start. I dont know if that is the same for everyone though

I drop about 2 days before my AF. I don't go below coverline but it gets really close to it.....
