I took my temp this morning and it spiked. I'm 7 dpo and I would of though maybe a temp dip would happen or the temp would be about the same. Not what actually occurred! Any insight? TIA! My chart link is in my sig.

there is nothing wrong with it. Sometimes women have triphasic charts where they seem to have a second thermal shirt. In my experience it doesnt indicate a successful OR unsuccessful cycle.
