Is this spotting or a very light period? (x-posted in AIP)

My period is always 5 days long with spotting on the 6th day. So the fact that I haven't needed a tampon or pad is worrying me.

I was using tampons because I thought the flow would get heavier like normal, but... *TMI WARNING* there was just a small amount of blood on one side of the tampon after 4 hours! This has been happening for 4 days now. Is this a very light period or spotting?

My temp dropped below coverline so I know that means there is NO POSSIBLE chance of pregnancy right?

What else would cause this?

AF was due 2/22 and I haven't taken a HPT since I was 11 dpo (2/18) and it was negative. My temps are still way low.

I don't what could cause the lighter than normal flow but i know every year i experience an AF that is lighter and shorter than normal.

if you arent sure that is AF i would test again hun

You only have one temperature below the coverline. The overall pattern is what counts. Temps can be affected by so many outside factors, don't put too much stock in just one temp. I would take another HPT.
